In any case, whatever the cause, FAR COACHING will not assume any liability for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, and/or lost profits. FAR COACHING will have the right, without any compensation to the User for these reasons, to temporarily suspend the Website's services and content to carry out maintenance, improvements, or repairs.
