Registration content

FAR COACHING, SL facilitates registration for sessions, work days, or training activities through its website.

By registering for any of the training courses offered through this channel, the user has the right to complete the selected training/course/workshop/workshop (hereinafter, training), as well as access to the teaching material and the support services of our professionals.

The user will not be formally registered until they have completed the registration process and made the payment.

The following payment methods will be accepted: bank transfer; through the Paypal system; or by credit card from the Paypal system (registration not required).

FAR COACHING, SL may limit attendance to a maximum number of people per company.

Changes and modifications

If there is a change of date or place in the organization of the activities, FAR COACHING, SL will inform the user in a timely manner via email and the website.

Once the registration is formalized, FAR COACHING, SL will accept a substitution in the registration of an attendee 5 business days before the activity takes place if any problem arises on the part of the attendee, after these days, no change can be made.

The user must communicate the change in writing, by sending an email to administracion@farcoaching. indicating the name and surname and ID number – theirs and that of the new attendee –, the name of the course or activity and the start date

Return policy

Once registration is complete, FAR COACHING, SL will refund the amount 10 business days before the activity if any problems arise on the part of the participant. If notice is given 5 business days in advance, 50% of the amount will be refunded; after this period, no refunds will be issued. 

The user must communicate the cancellation in writing, by sending an email to administracion@farcoachingcoaching.com the name and surname, the name of the course or activity and the start date, along with a copy of the ID.

In the event that a minimum number of registrations is not reached, FAR COACHING, SL reserves the right to cancel the training, and consequently, proceed to refund the amounts to the users who have registered. 

In case of refund, FAR COACHING, SL will make a deposit to the bank account number that the user provided at the time of registration.

Data protection

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, we inform you that the personal data you have provided forms part of the "Clients" file owned by the company "FAR COACHING, SL," which has been collected for the purpose of managing your registration for the training. For security purposes, all the information you provide is stored in the "FAR COACHING, SL" database

In any case, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the aforementioned legislation, by writing to «FAR COACHING, SL», with registered office located at C/Verge de les Neus, 19 bxs, (08460) of Santa Maria de Palautordera, province of Barcelona (Spain), or by email to administracion @farcoaching.com, along with your identification through the corresponding DNI.

Those attending a training session give their permission for the recording of video, sound and photography, as well as the capture of general shots as part of the audience, with the sole purpose of promoting the event through our website and the different corporate channels on social networks.
